Bread Making Class..wooot!!!

Last Friday (19th March 2010) I joined a bread making class held by Pastry Pro. It was a hit! Hands on baking class is always worth the bucks. We were taught on how to make, obviously, breads, namely french baguettes, graham bread and soft buns. We also got the chance to make sausage bread, tuna bread and the all time fave Roti Boy..Yumm!!!
I went there alone so everything was rather awkward at first. But we participants got comfortable really fast coz of the activities that requires you to work in partners and running back and forth between tables and ovens.
I hope to really master bread making as it will surely be an essential item for a bakery..*winks*

I've known a few people who absolutely hate veggies..But were you aware that you could turn it into something totally out of this world??? Okay, that sounds exaggerating..but you get what I mean..;p
